A licensed architect in New York and a Certified Building Commissioning Professional, Christopher graduated from Farmingdale State College with a degree in Technology Studies with a major in architecture and minors in electrical engineering, mathematics, and business. This diverse background drives his technical precision and creative vision.

Christopher’s commercial portfolio stands out with projects like large self-storage facilities, hundreds of quick-service restaurants including McDonald’s and Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, office buildings, and retail spaces, where he blends practicality with aesthetic appeal. His work showcases a deep understanding of client needs and market trends, cementing his reputation as a leading commercial architect. His residential projects, including elite waterfront properties across Southern Long Island, Fire Island, Arizona, and New York, form a strong but complementary part of his diverse expertise. Very skilled in landscaping, hardscaping, and structural design, he enhances outdoor spaces to elevate both commercial and residential properties with bespoke hardscape elements and innovative site layouts. His extensive hands-on experience with high-end residential and commercial cabinetry further enhances his ability to create bespoke, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

His versatility shines in impactful site/civil projects, such as LEED-certified designs for the U.S. Postal Service and collaboration with the Army Corps of Engineers on the Fire Island dune construction project. Sustainability and quality are at the core of every design he undertakes.

Mike is a seasoned architect with 35 years of experience, whose contributions have been integral to the success of our firm. A graduate of the New York Institute of Technology with a degree in architecture, Michael brings technical expertise and a refined design sensibility to our team, delivering innovative solutions across residential and commercial projects. He is a licensed architect in North Carolina, Connecticut, New York, and Florida, enabling our firm to serve a diverse clientele across multiple regions.

Lana has 35 years of experience, renowned for her expertise in commercial, retail, and residential design. A graduate of the prestigious Moscow Architectural Institute (MArchI), she holds a Bachelor’s in Professional Studies in Architecture and a Master’s in Town-planning and Planning of Rural Settlements, both earned in Moscow, Russia. This robust educational background forms the foundation of her deep understanding of architectural design and urban development.

Her professional journey began as a Junior Architect in Moscow, where she honed her skills in urban planning and design. After relocating to the United States, Lana built an impressive career at architecture and design firms in New York and Massachusetts, taking on roles such as Junior Architect and Project Manager. These experiences have shaped her into a versatile and accomplished professional, adept at navigating diverse challenges in the field.

Lana’s extensive portfolio highlights her talent for designing and managing new construction and renovation projects across commercial buildings, retail spaces, and single-family residences. She excels in preparing and reviewing construction documents, zoning drawings, and specifications, ensuring precision and compliance throughout every project phase.
